Hi, I’m Angela Luizzi. Born and raised in Guilderland, I am excited to stay close to home and join the Elite Team at Plaza Fitness Performance. My academic background includes a B.S. in Human Biology from SUNY-Albany while my athletic background is highlighted by high-level competitive soccer at the Division I level.

Movement, athletics, and the social benefits of sport have always been an important part of my life. My future will revolve heavily around helping others move better, feel better, and otherwise realize their potential to live a life of optimal health.

Zack’s mission is to combine physiology and psychology; to aid clients in improving performance and body composition, but also improve the quality of their lives.

His philosophy is to simplify both nutrition and training for clients. He strives to find the unique motivations and goals for each client and adjust accordingly whether it be strength and muscle gain or fat loss over the long term. He additionally helps to improve the stress levels of each of his clients along the way.

He’s trained a wide variety of populations over the years, specializing in strength training, nutrition, mobility and flexibility. He continues to soak up and research everything that goes into proper training and nutrition.

Zack is a competitive strongman, powerlifter, and bodybuilder. In his free time he enjoys “decompressing” and being very lax. His goal is always to be the best, but not to take himself too seriously in the process.

I’d like to introduce you to The Perpetual Personal Training System and Your Performance Journey.

I’m Korey McCoy and for the last 25 years I have created and honed one of the most effective personal training systems in the world. My laboratory is  Plaza Fitness Performance, in the capital region of New York, where thousands of clients have achieved breakthroughs that once seemed impossible.

My learning began in college under the guidance of the Director of Human Performance where I received a B.S. in Exercise Science from Washington State University in 1994. Dr. Thoreau lit a fire of curiosity and passion that changed my life forever. At that point I caught the fitness bug and followed my calling, partly to pay for school as a personal trainer on the side during my Bachelors, but then taking it to the next level At Indiana University where I got a Masters Degree in Kinesiology.

Prior to graduating from IU, the Division of Recreational Sports hired me to lead their Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning programs…we purchased $700,000 worth of fitness equipment, I supervised a staff of 50 fitness consultants and I created one of the first university-based personal training programs in the country.  My experience culminated in two presentations at the 1998 NIRSA (National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association) Annual Conference in Salt Lake City.  The two presentations included “A Comprehensive Recreational Sports Program Includes Personal Training” and “Resistance Training for Health & Fitness.”

My curiosity became an addiction to discover the secrets to results-oriented personal training and I began following the best fitness gurus on the planet.  This system combines the most successful strategies, philosophies, and proven methodologies of the last century.  We will highlight these amazing mentors more in depth within our program, but these amazing teachers must quickly be mentioned as they totally influenced the framework that has synthesized in my teaching.
