The 5 Client Keys

The 5 Client Keys

Introducing The 5 Client Keys that fastrack your success or lead you to failure:

  1. Prioritize Your Health
  2. If It Were Easy To Do On Your Own, You Would Have Done It Already
  3. Don’t Put Strength On Dysfunction
  4. Use Tools That Conform To Natural Movement
  5. You Can’t Out-Train a Poor Diet

The 5 Client Keys all represent essential concepts associated with success initially and throughout Your Performance Journey.  Failure to abide by them will at the very least make the journey more challenging and at most make failure inevitable.

There are many exercises, schemes, and programs a potential client may select.  However, without exhibiting the behaviors associated with CLIENT KEY #1, the relationship is doomed to fail.  Prioritizing your health is the single most crucial mindset associated with participating, valuing, and ultimately committing to a healthy lifestyle.

CLIENT KEY #2 encourages personal growth and development through coaching.  If It Were Easy To Do On Your Own, You Would Have Done It Already. The greatest athletes and most successful people on the planet all have mentors, coaches, and others they lean on for guidance, motivation, support, and accountability to achieve objectives and reach their potential.  The average person is no different, especially when you talk about exercise and all the variables that go into consistency, progression, and favorable outcomes.

CLIENT KEY #3 emphasizes personalization.  Don’t Put Strength On Dysfunction. Without customization, the risk of injury spikes tremendously, especially for those new to exercise, have movement deficiency, or have medical issues.  Identification of your starting point or milestone is paramount for progress. Identifying progress skyrockets value and becomes the new frontier in reaching the millions who are out of shape and not currently exercising.

CLIENT KEY #4 guides programming for safety and progression.  Use Tools That Conform To Natural Movement. Start with your body first to develop true strength through all phases of neural resets and gradually introduce tools that are body-friendly like kettlebells, bands, and balls.

CLIENT KEY #5 represents the single most significant component that drives consistent outcomes.  You Can’t Out-Train a Poor Diet. Think of food as the gasoline in your car, without gas or with an inadequate type of fuel; your vehicle will not run.  Your body will not function properly or move towards favorable outcomes without good food choices. We recommend a broad philosophy of 80% whole and natural foods with a high-quality protein source at each meal.
